Willie was found on the side of a county road and brought to the shelter. The woman who brought Willie to the shelter thought he was very sweet despite his lack of hair and bad skin condition. We thought so too! Willie was pitiful. He had demodectic mange, not contagious but hard to treat. We found a foster home fro Willie and just a couple of months later, Willie had most of his hair and was still the sweetest puppy! He was returned to the shelter and after being here only a couple of days was adopted!
